Valerie H. Jordan, Managing Partner
 
 Valerie
is the one of the two original IntegriTax founders who began
the company in 1997. Valerie is a former auditor for the
Florida Department of Revenue. For three years, she worked out
of the Tampa and Atlanta offices where she specialized in
sales and use tax, intangible personal property tax, and
commercial motor vehicle use tax. She worked at DuCharme,
McMillen & Associates as a senior consultant, where she
conducted sales and use tax reviews for clients in the
Southeast and Northeast. Before she co-founded IntegriTax in
1997, she was a state and local tax manager for six years at
Brown and Associates where she oversaw sales and use tax
projects nationwide. Valerie has a BS in finance from the
University of Tennessee and is a member of the Institute of
Professionals in Taxation and has made several presentations
at its annual symposium.
Lauren H. Stinson, Partner
 Lauren
is the second IntegriTax partner who began the company with
Valerie Jordan in 1997. She was a sales and use tax consultant
for DuCharme, McMillen & Associates where she provided
consulting services for clients nationwide. For three years at
Brown and Associates, she was the marketing manager for sales
and use tax consulting services. She co-founded IntegriTax in
1997 and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of
services provided on all projects. Lauren has an MBA from the
University of Georgia and is a member of the Institute of
Professionals in Taxation where she is pursuing status as a
Certified Member of the Institute, a designation that
recognizes professional achievement in sales and use taxation
through education, experience, and successful completion of
written and oral exams.
Nilesh A. Parekh, Partner

Nilesh
has nearly 30 years of experience in the sales and use tax industry. For 10
years, he was an auditor and regional director under the
Comptroller of Public Accounts for the State of Texas. He
conducted sales and use tax audits on large multi-state
corporations and managed the State's processing center in
Houston. As district manager for DuCharme, McMillen &
Associates, he provided sales and use tax consulting services
for clients nationwide. He was also a Vice President and
Regional Director, managing 30 tax consultants throughout the
Southeast, West, and Southwest. Nilesh has an MBA from St.
Edwards University and is a member of the Institute of
Professionals in Taxation. |
Sales and Use Tax Staff Analysts
Staff analysts at IntegriTax are college graduates with
degrees in finance, accounting and business. They also have at
least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Senior-level analysts have at least an additional 3 years of
experience in the tax consulting industry as a staff analyst.
